So, you are about to buy a new cell phone. The question is, what kind are you going to buy? There are a few choices: iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, Windows Phone 7, and Symbian. Which one is right for you?
Here is a brief look at some of the major cell phone types and what they might just say about you.
iPhone
The iPhone is sleek, elegant, packed with features – and highly controlled by Apple. iPhone users tend to be status seekers. For them, it isn’t just about a cell phone that does what they need; it’s about owning the right cell phone. iPhone users are not worried about standing out from the crowd, but rather fitting into the right crowd.
Android
Android presents the widest variety when it comes to choice; however, while probably the most technically advanced OS, Android is also the most raw. Because of this, Android tends to be favored by those who like tweaking their phones – the geeks of the world. Android users tend to prefer their own path rather than the path of the crowd.
BlackBerry
While fading in popularity with some corporations, BlackBerry is still the choice for the highly business minded because no one does business better than BlackBerry does.
Windows Phone 7
Still the new kid on the block, what is appealing about Windows Phone 7 is its straightforward design. If you are a PC user, then using a Windows phone is simple – with virtually no learning curve. Windows Phone 7 users tend to prefer functional and practical over flash and trend.
