Terms & Conditions

• You must complete the claim form below within 24 hours of placing an order to sell your cell with a recycler you clicked through to from SellCell.com. The higher price must be available at the time you contact us as determined by our customer service representatives. Even if you find a higher price you still need to go ahead and complete the order you have placed with the recycler you clicked to via SellCell.com. If your claim is successful we will pay you double the difference after the order you have placed has been completed and approved. You must provide proof of your completed order. If you do not fulfil the order you have placed this cancels your right to claim under this guarantee.
• After the recycler has inspected your order if the condition or pricing changes in way to the original quoted the claim will be void, as you will no longer be comparing "like for like".
• The price you are comparing must be a "like-for-like" comparison. It must be an identical specification as the price represented on SellCell.com in all aspects including, but not limited to, the following: total devices & accessories required for price, condition of devices, payment method and postage method.
• eBay, craigslist, auction and physical retailers prices are excluded. The price you are comparing must be a comparable fixed ONLINE price that is being offered at the time of making a claim. This cannot be an estimated price, it must be a fixed price.
• The price you are comparing must be listed and quoted in dollars (USD) on a USA-based website.
• The following exclusions apply to price comparisons:
  • Prices that are conditional on making other related transactions.
  • Prices that require you to send in an inquiry form to get the pricing - or are ‘estimates’
  • Prices that are outside of the public domain or involve special eligibility including, but not limited to, staff deals, closed user groups and members loyalty schemes.
  • Prices that are part of any other discount or special offer.
• The price guarantee is based upon the highest available price on SellCell at the time of searching for identical specification of device & not through a recycler offering a lower price on www.sellcell.com.
• The decision whether or not to honour a claim is at the sole discretion of SellCell.com Ltd.
• We will request you to send us a valid Order Confirmation mail as a part of our investigation into pricing. A valid e-mail address is therefore required.

The following conditions also apply:

• Best Price Guarantee Claims are only valid on Cell Phone Trade Ins.
• Best Price Guarantee Claims are not eligible on Refurbished or Pre-Owned Phones.
• Best Price Guarantee Claims are only valid on Phone Trade Ins. Other tech and electronic trade in claims are not eligible for a Best Price Guarantee Claim.
• Best Price Guarantee Claims are capped to $100 per valid claim.
• Only one Best Price Guarantee can be submitted by the same person/ household/ business in a 12 month period.
• The person submitting the claim must be the person who is the seller of the device.
• Payouts will be made by PayPal.
